Registration Fee Payment

Complete this form to submit the registration fee to reserve your child(ren)'s seat. This is a one-time fee of $45. If you have multiple children, there will be an additional $10 charge per child.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

R&L SHUTTLE WILL NOT ISSUE A CREDIT OR REFUND FOR REGISTRATION.
Invoice's will be sent every Thursday's
Payments are due every Friday must be paid no later then Sunday by 2p.m. If not paid by 2p.m. on
Sunday transportation will not provided on Monday.
R&L Shuttle will NOT issue a credit or refund for absences, Acts of God, or days that school is closed during the school year (such as 1 or 2 day closed)
Holidays break - Fall, Winter, Spring - Parents WILL NOT be charge.
Parents are responsible to notify R&L Shuttle about absence of student. No call/No show will be $15 per day.
Parents will be charged $25 return fee if no one is home for the child(ren).
Billing can be sent out (Weekly, Bi-Weekly Or Monthly).*Monthly Only: Provides a 10%
Discount!
Acceptable Payment's - Zelle: Email- rlshuttleservice@gmail.com Or Email invoices ($3.00% Surcharge).
Driver's are allowed to accept cash payment (With envelope child name writing on it).
Parent if one week you don't need service, YOU ARE responsible to pay $25 and Up holding fee to keep your child(ren) spot available.

YOU WILL BE PROMPTED TO ENTER THE AMOUNT AT CHECK OUT. FAILURE TO ENTER THE CORRECT AMOUNT CAN AND WILL RESULT OF FAILURE TO PROCESS REGISTRATION FOR YOR CHILD(REN).
