R&L SHUTTLE WILL NOT ISSUE A CREDIT OR REFUND FOR HOLIDAYS, ABSENCES, OR DAYS THAT SCHOOL IS CLOSED DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR.
I UNDERSTAND PAYMENTS ARE MADE EVERY TWO WEEKS OR MONTHLY AND MUST BE PAID ON MONDAYS . A $10 LATE FEE WILL APPLY PER DAY. IF NOT PAID BY TUESDAY, TRANSPORTATION WILL NOT BE PROVIDED ON WEDNESDAY.
I UNDERSTAND IF ANY CHANGES NEED TO BE MADE FOR PICK UP OR DROP OFF ADDRESS, I MUST SUBMIT A NEW FORM.
PRICES MAY CHANGE BASED ON MILEAGE.
ALL CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS WILL INCUR A SURVICE CHARGE OF 2.9% THAT WILL BE INCORPORATED INTO THE TOTAL COST.
